All Sales Final / Order Issues Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, a missing item, or receiving an incorrect item), you must contact The Reading Panda within 10 days of delivery at admin@thereadingpanda.com. We will review the concern and work with you in good faith to mutually resolve the issue when possible.
Requests made after 10 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Shipping & Carrier Issues
Once an order has shipped, any issues related to shipping delays, loss, or carrier handling must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. The Reading Panda is not responsible for carrier-related delays, damages, or losses after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Refunds
Because all sales are final, refunds are not issued. In rare cases where a resolution is approved at our discretion, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
